摘　　要：慢性荨麻疹是皮肤科的常见病,持久的病程给患者的生理和心理造成极大的影响,其发病机制尚未被完全阐明。近年来,维生素D在治疗慢性荨麻疹中发挥的作用受到了越来越多的关注。该文将对国外文献报道的关于维生素D治疗慢性荨麻疹的理论依据进行综述。Chronic urticaria is a common allergic skin condition associated with considerable morbidity and the treatment options of which are limited,a potential alternative and safe immunomodulatory is vitamin D.In recent years,the role of vitamin D in the treatment of chronic urticaria is becoming more and more important.In this article,we will review the role of vitamin D in the treatment of chronic urticaria.
