铸造企业拉动式生产的建立与实施

摘　　要：分析了铸造企业中推动式生产和拉动式生产的优、缺点。介绍了某铸造企业目前的推动式生产的现状,由于其存在不足之处,建立和实施了拉动式生产。该铸造企业实施拉动式生产后,全面提升了综合管理水平,提高了生产效率,增加了经济效益。Merits and demerits of pushing and pulling type productions in foundry enterprises were analyzed,respectively.The current situation of pushing type production in one foundry enterprise was introduced,and pulling type production has been established and put into effect in this enterprise because the original pushing type production has deficiency.After the pulling type production was put into effect,integrated control level,production efficiency,and economic gain all increased in this enterprise.
