石膏型铸造工艺在铜质艺术铸件上的应用

摘　　要：介绍了采用石膏型铸造工艺制作铜质艺术铸件的工艺流程和主要特点。用这种工艺制作的铜质艺术件的优点是:铸件光滑,致密度高,表面精细、逼真。采用石膏型铸造工艺制作铜质艺术件的工艺流程主要包括模具制作(硅胶模)、蜡糢制作、蜡模精修、浇冒口制作、蜡型组合、设置箱框(不锈钢)、浇灌石膏浆、脱蜡、焙烧、铜合金熔炼、浇注、清理、打磨及抛光、着色等。Technological process and essential features of manufacture of copperish art castings by a plaster casting procedure were introduced.The copperish art castings manufactured by this procedure have the advantages that the castings offer smooth surface,high tightness,precise and true appearance.The technological process of manufacturing art castings by using the plaster casting procedure are as follows:moulding(silica gel),production and fine dressing of wax pattern,manufacture of flow-off,combination of wax mould,installing of upset frame of stainless steel,pour of plaster paste,dewaxing,roasting,melting of copper alloy,pouring,cleaning,dressing and polishing,colouring,etc.
