摘 要:盐胁迫是植物生长发育的限制因子。本研究以3个杨树杂种无性系为材料,对盐胁迫处理后各无性系叶绿素含量、叶片鲜重、叶片干重、叶片含水量、茎鲜重、茎干重、茎含水量等7个指标进行测定分析。方差结果表明,除了茎鲜重中的浓度与无性系交互作用,时间、浓度与无性系交互作用;茎干重的时间等变异来源差异不显著外,其它各指标各变异来源的差异均达显著水平(p<0.05);三倍体无性系在胁迫前各生长指标显著高于二倍体和四倍体;胁迫后叶绿素含量迅速下降,225mmol/L盐胁迫12d无性系各测定指标均达最低,胁迫后各无性系叶片、茎干重、鲜重及含水量均急速下降,225mmol/L盐胁迫12d各指标下降达胁迫前的25%,表明各无性系受到较强胁迫。胁迫后三倍体杂种无性系各指标比二倍体和四倍体稍高,此机理需要进一步探讨,盐胁迫下不同倍性小黑杨无性系在生长与叶绿素含量方面均有降低趋势,本研究可以为杨树抗逆育种提供理论基础。Salt stress is a limiting factor for plant growth and development.In this study,three poplar hybrid clones as materials,we measured and analyzed chlorophyll content,fresh leaf weight,dry leaf weight,water content of leaf,fresh stem weight,dry stem weight and water content of 7 indicators of clones after salt stress treatment.The results of variance showed that except for the interaction between concentration and clone in fresh stem weight,the interaction among time,concentration and clone,and there was no significant difference in the source of variation in the time of dry stem weight.The difference of each source of variation in other indexes reached a significant level(p<0.05).The growth index of triploid clones was significantly higher than diploid and tetraploid before stress.The chlorophyll content decreased rapidly after stress,and each index of the clone under salt stress of 225 mmol/L for 12 d reached the lowest level.Leaf,dry weight,fresh weight and water content of each clone decreased rapidly after stress,and the index of 225 mmol/L salt stress for 12 d was decreased by 25%before stress,which showed that the clones were subjected to strong stress.Each index of triploid hybrid clone after stress was higher than that of diploid and tetraploid clone,the mechanism needs to be further discussed.The growth and chlorophyll content of different ploidy Populus clones under salt stress had the tendency of reducing,and the research can provide a theoretical basis for stress resistance breeding in poplar.
