南宁市江南区10757名学龄前儿童乙肝HBsAg和HBsAb阳性率调查

摘　　要：目的了解南宁市江南区学龄前儿童乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)和表面抗体(HBsAb)阳性率,为指导当地乙肝的防控提供参考依据。方法2015年3月-2016年6月对南宁市江南区82家幼儿园学龄前儿童(3~6岁)进行采血,采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)检测血清HBsAg和HBsAb水平。结果共采集了10757名学龄前儿童的血液,检测出24例HBsAg阳性,阳性率为0.22%。不同年龄和性别间HBsAg阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。HBsAb阳性人数为6195例,阳性率为57.59%,其中3岁、4岁、5岁、6岁儿童的HBsAb阳性率分别为51.96%、55.02%、60.79%、65.71%,儿童HBsAb阳性率随年龄增加有逐渐升高的趋势(P<0.05)。不同性别间HBsAb阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论南宁市江南区学龄前儿童HBsAg阳性率低于全国平均水平,HBsAb阳性率不高。Objective To investigate the positive rate of HBsAg and HBsAb in the preschool children in Jiangnan district of Nanning,to provide guidance for the prevention and control of hepatitis B in our city. Methods During the period from March 2015 to June 2016,the blood of preschool children from 82 kindergartens( 3 ~ 6 years old) were collected in Jiangnan district of Nanning,HBsAg and HBsAb were detected by ELISA assay. Results Blood samples were collected from 10 757 preschoolers.A total of 24 people were HBsAg positive and the total positive rate of HBsAg was 0. 22%,there was no difference in HBsAg positive rate between different ages and genders( P>0. 05). The number of HBsAb positive children was 6195 and the total positive rate of HBsAb was 57. 59%. The HBsAb positive rates of children aged 3,4,5 and 6 were 51. 96%,55. 02%,60. 79%,65. 71%,The positive rate of HBsAb in children increased with age( P<0. 05). There was no difference in HBsAb positive rate between different genders( P>0. 05). Conclusion The positive rate of HBsAg in preschool children in Jiangnan district of Nanning is lower than that in the average rate of our country,but the HBsAb positive rate is not high.
