摘 要:大包称重采集的准确性是连铸机生产顺行的一个关键性参数,直接影响到连铸机生产的整个过程。当称重采集仪表出现零点漂移或满包重量不准,自控技术人员无法及时进行标定,会导致本浇次采集到的大包钢水重量都不准确,从而影响到大包正常浇注和钢水下渣。本文提出的大包远程校称法,是通过人机交互画面远程控制PLC校称模块的电信号对传感器进行零点和砝码包的在线标定,确保大包钢水称重采集的准确性,降低了钢水计量误差,避免了钢水下渣,提高了钢水成坯率和铸坯合格率,经济效益显著提升。The accuracy of ladle weighing collection is one key parameter for the smooth production of continuous casters,directly affecting the whole process of caster production.When the zero drift occurs in weighing acquisition instrument or the weight of full ladle is inaccurate,and the automatic control technicians cant calibrate in time,it will lead to the inaccurate weight of ladle steel collected during casting,thereby affecting the normal casting and slagging of ladles.For the remote calibration weighing method for ladle proposed in this paper,its online calibration for the zero point and weight bag of sensors was carried out by remotely controlling the electrical signal of PLC calibration weighing module through human-computer interaction screen,and the weighing acquisition accuracy of ladle steel was ensured,the measurement error of molten steel was reduced,the roughing slag of steel was avoided,thus the billet formation rate of molten steel and the qualification rate of billets were improved,the economic benefit was remarkably improved.
