摘　　要：目的:探讨对进行手术后出现腕关节功能障碍的桡骨远端骨折患者实施中医综合康复治疗的效果。方法:选取宜宾市南溪区中医医院收治的79例进行手术后出现腕关节功能障碍的桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象。根据治疗方式的不同将这些患者分为甲组(n=40)和乙组(n=39)。对甲组患者进行中医综合康复治疗,对乙组患者进行中医熏洗治疗及功能锻炼。然后比较两组患者治疗的效果。结果:甲组患者治疗的总有效率、患侧腕关节功能的优良率均高于乙组患者(P<0.05),其患手的握力大于乙组患者(P<0.05)。结论:对进行手术后出现腕关节功能障碍的桡骨远端骨折患者实施中医综合康复治疗的效果较为理想,可有效地促进其患侧腕关节功能的恢复。objective:to investigate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with distal radius fractures with wrist joint dysfunction after surgery.Methods:79 cases of distal radius fractures with wrist joint dysfunction after surgery were selected from nanxi district hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in yibin city as the research objects.These patients were divided into group a(n=40)and group b(n=39)according to different treatment methods.Patients in group a received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,while patients in group b received fumigation and washing treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and functional exercise.And then compare the therapeutic effects between the two groups.Results:the total effective rate and the excellent and good rate of wrist joint function of the affected side of group a were higher than those of group b(P<0.05),and the grip strength of the affected hand was higher than those of group b(P<0.05).Conclusion:the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is effective for the patients with distal radius fractures with wrist joint dysfunction after surgery,which can effectively promote the recovery of wrist joint functio n on the affected side.
