为慢性盆腔炎患者采用中药封包联合中药内服法进行治疗的效果探究

摘　　要：目的:探究为慢性盆腔炎患者采用中药封包联合中药内服法进行治疗的临床效果。方法:将双流区妇幼保健院收治的135例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为A组、B组及C组。为A组患者使用抗生素进行治疗。对B组患者采用抗生素联合中药封包进行治疗。为C组患者采用抗生素、中药封包联合中药内服法进行治疗。然后,比较三组患者的临床疗效。结果:接受治疗后,C组患者治疗的总有效率高于A组患者及B组患者,B组患者治疗的总有效率高于A组患者,P<0.05。结论:为慢性盆腔炎患者采用中药封包联合中药内服法进行治疗的临床效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine package combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:135 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C.Patients in group A were treated with antibiotics.Patients in group B were treated with antibiotics combined with traditional Chinese medicine package.Patients in group C were treated with antibiotics,Chinese medicine package and traditional Chinese medicine.Then,the clinical efficacy of the three groups was compared.Results:after treatment,the total effective rate of group C was higher than that of group A and B,and the total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A,P<0.05.Conclusion:Chinese medicine package combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has remarkable clinical effect.
