小儿复方鸡内金咀嚼片联合乳果糖口服液治疗小儿功能性便秘的效果探究

摘　　要：目的:探究用小儿复方鸡内金咀嚼片联合乳果糖口服液治疗小儿功能性便秘的临床效果。方法:将2014年5月至2016年11月期间西安航天总医院收治的76例功能性便秘患儿随机分为对照组(n=37)和观察组(n=39)。对两组患儿均使用乳果糖口服液进行治疗。在此基础上,为观察组患儿加用小儿复方鸡内金咀嚼片进行治疗。然后,比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果:接受治疗后,观察组患儿治疗的总有效率高于对照组患儿,P<0.05。结论:用小儿复方鸡内金咀嚼片联合乳果糖口服液治疗小儿功能性便秘的效果确切。objective:to explore the clinical effect of pediatric compound jineijin chewable tablet combined with lactilose oral liquid in the treatment of functional constipation in children.Methods:76 children with functional constipation admitted to xi‘an aerospace general hospital from May 2014 to November 2016 were randomly divided into control group(n=37)and observation group(n=39).Lactulose oral liquid was used to treat the two groups of children.On this basis,children in the observation group were treated with ji neijin chewable tablets.Then,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of children was compared.Results:after treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:children compound jineijin chewable tablet combined with lactilose oral liquid has a definite effect on children’s funct ional constipation.
