摘 要:以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为致孔剂,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)、N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)为溶剂,通过改变丙烯酸(AA)的含量,制备了一系列聚醚砜(PES)/聚丙烯酸(PAA)复合膜。考察了不同AA含量对复合膜性能的影响。结果表明:PAA的引入,在不损失截留率的情况下使PES/PAA复合膜具有了pH响应性,同时改善了膜的亲水性,从而提高了膜的抗污染能力,延长了膜的使用寿命。A series of PES/PAA composites were prepared by changing the content of AA with polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)as porogen,N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAc)and N-methylpyrrolidone(NMP)as solvents.The effects of different AA contents on the properties of the composite membrane were investigated.The results show that the introduction of PAA can make the PES/PAA composite membrane have pH responsiveness without losing the rejection rate,and improve the hydrophilicity of the membrane,thereby improving the anti-pollution ability of the membrane and prolonging the life of the membrane.
