摘 要:采用包覆工艺将玻璃纤维(GF)与聚丁烯-1(PB-1)混合制成PB-1/GF母粒,再与聚丙烯(PP)等熔融共混制备了玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯(GFRPP)复合材料,研究了复合材料的表面质量、力学性能以及非等温结晶动力学行为。结果表明:PB-1/GF母粒的存在有效减少了GFRPP复合材料的浮纤数目。添加质量分数10%的PB-1并采用半包覆工艺制备的复合材料表现出优异的力学性能,其拉伸强度为69.6 MPa,弯曲强度为142.0 MPa,冲击强度为6.0 kJ/m 2,分别比纯PP提高了121.7%,243.8%,140.0%。同时,利用Jeziorny,Avrami和Kissinger理论阐述了GFRPP复合材料的结晶过程、晶体生长方式以及结晶活化能的变化。By means of the coating method,polybutylene-1/glass fiber(PB-1/GF)masterbatch was fabricated,which was subsequently compounded with polypropylene(PP)in the molten state to prepare glass fiber reinforced polypropylene(GFRPP)composites.The surface quality,mechanical properties and non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of composites were investigated.The results showed that the addition of PB-1/GF masterbatchs effectively reduced the number of floating fibers of the GFRPP composites.When the mass fraction of PB-1 was 10%,the composites prepared by semi-coating method showed outstanding mechanical properties with tensile strength about 69.6 MPa,flexural strength about 142.0 MPa and impact strength about 6.0 kJ/m 2,which were 121.7%,243.8%and 140.0%higher than those of pure PP.Meanwhile,the crystallization process,crystal growth pattern,and the variation of activation energy were described by Jeziorny,Avrami and Kissinger theories.
