摘 要:采用核磁共振碳谱、旋转流变分析等方法分析对比了不同共聚单体生产的中空成型专用树脂的结构与性能。力学性能分析表明,以己烯-1为共聚单体的中空成型专用树脂具有优异的冲击强度和韧性,熔体强度更高;在动态流变试验中,以丁烯-1为共聚单体的中空专用树脂,在较高的角频率时,储能模量和损耗模量更高,需通过调节相对分子质量改善加工性能。The structure and properties of special resin for hollow moulding produced by different copolymers were analyzed and compared by means of nuclear magnetic resonance carbon spectroscopy and rotational rheological analysis.The mechanical property analysis showed that,special hollow resin with hexene-1 as copolymer had excellent impact strength and toughness,and melt strength was higher.In dynamic rheological test,special hollow resin with butane-1 as copolymer had higher storage modulus and loss modulus at higher angular frequency.
