摘 要:选用钻前工程排污池常用的某型号聚乙烯丙纶复合防水卷材为研究对象,对其进行老化试验,利用人工腐蚀的手段加速其老化,通过拉伸试验考察老化对其断裂强度、断裂伸长率等力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,随老化程度加深,聚乙烯丙纶防水卷材的断裂强度、断裂伸长率均降低,抗渗性能下降,应采取保护措施减缓其老化速度。A certain type of polyethylene polypropylene composite for waterproofing membrane commonly used in pre-drilling sewage tanks is selected as the research object.The aging test is carried out,and the aging is accelerated by means of artificial corrosion.The tensile strength and fracture elongation are investigated by tensile test.The results show that with the deepening of aging,the tensile strength,elongation at break and other indexes of polyethylene polypropylene waterproofing membrane are reduced,and the impermeability is reduced.Protective measures should be taken to slow down the aging rate.
