摘 要:通过差示扫描量热仪、升温淋洗分级检测仪等测试手段研究3种淤浆法典型聚乙烯管材料(牌号分别为CRP100,GC100S,HMCRP100N)的结晶性能。结果表明:CRP100的熔点为131.10℃,结晶度为64.0%,略高于其他两种管材料;在5℃/min降温速率时CRP100的结晶速率常数最大,半结晶时间最短;升温淋洗分级试验中,HMCRP100N中包含的可溶物含量较多,CRP100有2个级分,GC100S有4个级分。The crystallization properties of 3 kinds of typical polyethylene pipe materials by slurry method were studied by means of differential scanning calorimeter and temperature rising leaching grading detector.The results show that CRP100 has a melting point of 131.10℃and a crystallinity of 64.0%,which is slightly higher than those of the other two kinds of tube materials.At 5℃/min cooling rate,CRP100 has the highest crystallization rate constant and the shortest semi-crystallization time.In the temperature-increasing leaching classification test,HMCRP100N contains more soluble substances,and CRP100 has two fractions,and GC100S has four fractions.
