摘　　要：分析了镜头环的结构特点和模具设计的技术难点,确定了模具的整体结构方案。方案采用二板模结构,3个潜伏式浇口进料,简化了模具结构,提高了可靠性。为了保证塑件外部的凹凸条纹结构,采用了4个侧滑块瓣合机构成型,滑块由斜导柱驱动;塑件内部的3处卡钩结构采用3个斜顶来成型,斜顶与斜顶座用L型槽连接;同时还设计了排气系统和冷却系统,确保模具排气通畅,温度可控。实际生产结果证明,模具结构合理,使用该模具注射成型的产品质量符合客户要求。Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of lens ring and the technical difficulties of mould design,the overall structure scheme of the mould is determined.The scheme adopts two-plate mould structure and three latent gate feeds,which simplifies the die structure and improves the reliability.In order to ensure the concave-convex stripe structure of the exterior plastic part,four side slider valves are used to form the slider,which is driven by inclined guide pillars;and three inclined roofs are used to form the internal part of the plastic part,and the inclined roof is connected with the angle lifter by L-groove;and the exhaust system and cooling system are also designed to ensure the venting and temperature controlling of the mould.The actual production results show that the mould structure is reasonable and the product quality of injection moulding with the die meets the customer s requirements.
