摘 要:锚索支护是在地下洞室围岩支护的主要类型之一,出现锚索超限的现象相对普遍。本文基于国内首个采用EPC模式的百万千瓦级水电工程--杨房沟工程,介绍了该地下洞室群的锚索负荷统计情况。为确保该地下洞群施工期及后续运营期的安全,通过对比同类工程的锚索超限比例以及超限锚索的最高超限率,并用离散元法对杨房沟地下洞群锚索进行数值复核分析,对锚索超限情况进行了研究评价,提出了相应超限锚索的安全性控制标准,整体超限比例控制在10%~20%,单根超限率在10%为宜。该锚索超限探讨可对今后的同类工程锚索施作及超限后控制其超限比例及最高超限率提供参考。Cable support is one of the main types of surrounding rock support in underground caverns,and the cables over-limit are common problems in engineering.Based on the Yangfanggou hydropower station which is the first hydropower project with EPC mode in China,the cable load statistics of this underground cavern group is introduced.To ensure the safety of this underground cavern group during the construction period and subsequent operation period,we discuss the cables over-limit and put forward the corresponding safety control standard of cable over-limit comparing with the over-limit ratio and the maximum over-limit ratio of the over-limit cable in similar projects of cables load and numerical analysis carried out by using discrete element method.The overall over-limit proportion should be controlled in the range of 10%~20%,and the over-limit rate of single cable shall be 10%,which can provide a reference for controlling the over-limit ratio and the maximum over-limit rate of cables in similar projects in the future.
