摘 要:为研究Na2CO3和NaHCO3混合处理对猴樟幼苗养分吸收和根际环境养分有效性的影响,以1年生猴樟幼苗为材料,通过水培技术,采用0、2、5、10mmol·L^-1Na2CO3和NaHCO3混合处理(n(Na2CO3)∶n(NaHCO3)=1∶1),每7d检测1次各处理营养液pH值、电导率(CE)值、K^+质量浓度、Na+质量浓度、有效铁质量浓度,NH^+4-N质量浓度、NO^-3-N质量浓度和有效磷质量浓度。结果表明:Na2CO3和NaHCO3混合处理能提高猴樟水培营养液中的pH、CE和N^a+质量浓度,降低有效铁质量浓度、NH^+4-N质量浓度、NO-3-N质量浓度和有效磷质量浓度,但对K+含量质量浓度不明显;2mmol·L^-1Na2CO3和NaHCO3混合处理在培养前期促进猴樟对NO-3-N和有效磷的吸收,培养过程中未明显抑制猴樟对K+和有效铁的吸收,培养后期又促进猴樟幼苗对NH+4-N的吸收,仅有磷素因为有效性降低的原因而在培养后期的吸收量下降。5、10mmol·L^-1Na2CO3和NaHCO3混合处理抑制猴樟对有效磷、NH^+4-N、NO^-3-N和有效铁的吸收,K+的吸收量在培养前期增加,在培养后期下降。HCO^-3和CO2^-3的含量提高是引起营养液中氮素、磷素和铁素有效性降低的主要原因,氮素和磷素可能与猴樟耐低浓度盐碱胁迫有关,K^+与猴樟幼苗耐高浓度盐碱胁迫有关。Through hydroculture methods,the annual camphor seedlings were used to study the effects of the combination treatment of Na 2CO 3 and NaHCO 3on the nutrient effectiveness and nutrient absorption of Cinnamomum bodinieri seedling.Using a mixture of 0,2,5,and 10 mmol·L^-1 Na 2CO 3 and NaHCO 3(Na 2CO 3∶NaHCO 3=1∶1),the pH,EC,K^+contents,Na+content,effective iron content,NH^+4-N content,NO^-3-N content and effective phosphorus content of each treatment solution were measured in every 7 days.The pH,EC and Na+contents in the nutrient solution of C.bodinieri were increased by the combination treatment of Na 2CO 3 and NaHCO 3 significantly,and by which the effective iron content,NH^+4-N content,NO^-3-N content and effective phosphorus content reduced.However,the effects on NH^+4-N,K^+content were not obvious.During the culture process,the absorption of NO^-3-N and effective phosphorus in the early stages of culture were promoted by the mixed treatment of 2 mmol·L^-1 Na 2CO 3 and NaHCO 3,and the absorption of K^+and effective iron during culture was not significantly inhibited.In the later stage of culture,the absorption of NH^+4-N was promoted,and only the absorption of phosphorus was reduced due to the decrease in effectiveness.The absorption of effective phosphorus,NH^+4-N,NO^-3-N and effective iron was inhibited by the mixed treatment of 5 and 10 mmol·L^-1 Na 2CO 3 and NaHCO 3.The absorption of K^+was promoted significantly in the early stages of culture,and inhibited in the late culture period.The contents of HCO^-3 and CO 2-3 are the main reason for the decrease of nitrogen,phosphorus and ferritin in the nutrient solution.Nitrogen and phosphorus may be related to the low concentration of salt and alkali stress.K^+is related to the high concentration of salt and alkali stress in the C.bodinieri seedling.
