摘 要:以1年生楸树根插苗为试验材料,研究不同系号楸树在饱和土壤水分含量下的生长及光合特征差异。结果显示:不同系号的地径增量差异不显著,而苗高增量及植株鲜质量则都达到了极显著水平;净光合速率日变化均呈双峰曲线,其日均值排序由大到小为1-8、4-3、2-9、3-7、3-3,净光合速率与胞间CO2摩尔分数、相对湿度、气孔导度和蒸腾速率等因子均呈显著正相关;光响应曲线比较发现系号1-8的光饱和点和最大净光合速率分别达2062.80、19.44μmol/(m^2·s),大大超过系号3-3的1226.71、15.41μmol/(m^2·s)及系号3-7的1356.93、11.44μmol/(m^2·s);相关分析显示生长特征与气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳摩尔分数、净光合速率、光饱和点等呈正相关,较高的气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳摩尔分数、净光合速率及光饱和点,更有利于形成生长优势。总之,试验处理的5个系号中1-8长势最好,光合特征优势明显,具备较好的耐湿潜力,最具有推广价值。With 1-year-old Catalpa bungei seedlings by root cutting,we studied the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of fast-growing period.The difference was not significant in base diameter increment,while the seedling height increment were significant differences between different clones.Diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate showed a double-peak curve,and its daily mean was ranked in descending order of 1-8,4-3,2-9,3-7,and 3-3.By correlation analysis,P n was significantly correlated with the CO 2 concentration,relative humidity,G s and T r.The light saturation point(LSP)and the maximum net photosynthetic rate(P nmax)of 1-8 were 2 062.80 and 19.44μmol/(m^2·s),respectively.The LSP and P nmax of 3-3 were 1 226.71 and 15.41μmol/(m^2·s),respectively,and the LSP and P nmax of 3-7 were 1 356.93 and 11.44μmol/(m^2·s),respectively,which were both far less than 1-8.The growth characteristics were both significant correlated to G s,C i,P n and LSP,suggesting that seedling growth was mainly affected by their own G s,C i,P n and LSP.Therefore,1-8 had stronger growth potential and photosynthetic capacity among the five clones in saturated content of water in soils with the most promotional value.
