摘  要:DBD电源是目前获取稳定的低温等离子体的主要手段。为了解决目前网侧功率因数偏低,输入电流畸变率较大等问题,设计了一种新型DBD电源。它主要由整流级、调压级、逆变级、高频高压变压器和等离子体放电管组成。首先介绍了电源的基本原理和工作方式,详细分析了三相VSR的拓扑结构和控制策略,搭建实验平台验证了系统能够实现单位功率因数,且输入电流明显正弦化,最后DBD电源在放电管中发生了介质阻挡放电,产生了低温等离子体,证明电源设计的有效性。The DBD(Dielectric Barrier Discharge)power supply is currently the primary means of obtaining stable low temperature plasmas.In order to solve the problems of low power factor and high input current distortion rate,a new type of DBD power supply is designed.It is mainly composed of a rectifier stage,a voltage regulation stage,an inverter stage,a high frequency high voltage transformer and a plasma discharge tube.Firstly,the basic principle and working mode of the power supply are introduced.The topology structure and control strategy of the three-phase VSR are analyzed in detail.The experimental platform is built to verify that the system can achieve unit power factor and the input current is obviously sinusoidal.Finally,dielectric barrier discharge occurs in the discharge tube of DBD power supply,resulting in a low temperature plasma,demonstrating the effectiveness of the power supply design.
