摘 要:针对无线局域网应用中的高性能双频带滤波器设计问题,提出了一种高选择性紧凑型微带双频带通滤波器。该设计采用不平衡复合左右手传输线CRLHTL(Composite Right/Left-Handed Transmission Line)来实现双频带功能,其结构由位于两个微带线之间的串联叉指电容组成,并通过通孔短路到接地面。带有微带线的通孔作为并联电感,而串联电容则由叉指电容实现。为了具体验证分析,对提出的双频滤波器进行了实际制造并测试。结果显示,模拟和测量结果呈现良好的一致性。与现有的类似滤波器相比,提出滤波器的尺寸更为紧凑,仅为0.16λg×0.046λg,且具有易于制造、高选择性、低插入损耗和高回波损耗等优点。Aiming at the high performance dual-band filter design problem in wireless LAN applications,a highly selective compact microstrip dual-band pass filter is proposed.The design uses a composite right/left-handed transmission line(CRLHTL)to implement a dual-band function.This structure consists of a series of interdigital capacitors located between two microstrip lines and short-circuited to the ground plane through the vias.The via with the microstrip line acts as a shunt inductor,while the series capacitor is implemented by the interdigital capacitor.For the specific verification analysis,the proposed dual-frequency filter was actually fabricated and tested.The results show that the simulations and measurements show good agreement.Compared with the existing similar filters,the proposed filter is more compact,only 0.16λg×0.046λg,and has the advantages of easy manufacture,high selectivity,low insertion loss and high return loss.
