摘  要:为了实现云柜各独立柜体控制器打开各自柜体上的电磁门锁、反馈门锁状态、多个柜体控制器协调工作,控制器之间采用CAN通信,其中一个控制器作为主控制器,通过串口与触摸屏一体机通信。利用MC9S12XWS128作为主、从控制器CPU,光耦作为+12.0 V与+5.0 V电源隔离元件,门锁电磁继电器用MOS管驱动,主、从控制器用TJA1050通信,主控制器与触摸屏一体机用MAX232通信。通过实际使用,结果表明:云柜各独立控制器具有通过CAN通信实现开锁、开柜状态反馈到一体的机功能。To make cloud cabinets independent cabinet controller open its electromagnetic door lock,feedback door lock status,and make multiple cabinet controllers coordinate work together,CAN bus communication is used among controllers.One of the controllers is used to act as main controller,and the main controller communicates with the touch screen through the serial port.MC9S12XWS128 singlechips are used to act as master controller and slave controllers CPU.Photocouplers are used to act as isolation element for+12.0 V and+5.0 V power supply.MOS tubes are used to drive electromagnetic relay of door lock.TJA1050 are used to act as communication between master controller and slave controllers.MAX232 is used to act as communication between master controller and touch-screen integrated machine.Through practical using,the results show that the designed master controller and slave controllers can meet the requiremts.
