摘 要:混凝土面板堆石坝最早于19世纪50年代出现在美国的矿区,当时上游坝坡的面板采用木面板防渗\+\{[1]\},经过时代的发展和科技的进步,现今均采用混凝土作为防渗面板,但是面板裂缝又成为威胁面板安全的主要原因。为了提高泽城西安水电站混凝土面板的抗裂性能、节约成本和增强混凝土的工作性,在基准混凝土配合比试配基础上,通过单独掺入粉煤灰及掺入粉煤灰和防裂剂共同作用下,研究混凝土配合比的拌和性能、力学性能及耐久性,找到二者合理的掺量及掺入粉煤灰及防裂剂对混凝土的立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、相对动弹性模量、质量损失率的影响规律。Concrete face rockfill dams first appeared in the United States mining area in the 1850s.At that time,seepage control panels on the upstream dam slope were made of wood.With the development of science and technology,concrete has been adopted to construct panels at present.However,cracks have become the main threat to the safety of panels.In order to improve the anti-cracking performance of the panel concrete,cost-saving and enhancing workability of concrete in Zecheng Xi'an Hydropower Station,on the basis of the standard concrete match ratio,the mixing performance,mechanical properties and durability of concrete mix ratio are studied by adding fly ash and adding fly ash and anti-cracking agent respectively.The reasonable mixing amount of fly ash and anti-cracking agent was found.The influence rules of incorporation of fly ash and anti cracking agent on cubic compressive strength,axial compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,relative dynamic elastic modulus and mass loss rate of concrete are discussed.
