摘  要:针对高温高压气井中提高试油完井一体化可靠性的要求,研制了一种基于环空操作的开关阀,将目前试油完井一体化工艺普遍采用的封闭-脱手-回插-开井升级为封闭-试压-脱手-回插-试压-开井。这种方法在常规试油完井一体化技术增加了两个试压环节,确保了施工作业中每一步都可检测和可返回,避免了一旦脱手或回插工具密封不严导致井下复杂的问题,提高了现场工艺的完整性。通过在磨溪-高石梯区块的试验表明,该工具有效提高了试油完井一体化技术在高温高压气井中的可靠性,具备推广应用前景。To improve the reliability of integrated testing and completion job in high temperature and high pressure gas wells,an annulus pressure operated switch valve is developed,by which the process of close to release-reset to open the well is upgraded to a process of close-pressure test-release-reset-pressure test-well opening. Additional two pressure testing links are planned compared with the conventional integrated oil testing and completion technology,ensuring every step can be checked and returned,avoiding complex downhole problems caused by the unexpected release or sealing failure of the resetting tool,to improve the integrity of the field processes. The tests at MoxiGaoshiti block show that this technology can effectively improve the reliability of integrated testing and completion in high temperature and high pressure gas wells,worth a wide application prospect.
