摘  要:选用茉莉香精微胶囊整理剂,通过浸渍法对抗菌木薯蚕丝进行加香整理,并采用红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪等对加香处理前后的抗菌木薯蚕丝进行系统的对比与测试分析。研究发现:加香处理后的抗菌木薯蚕丝表面发生些许变化,其表面除了有白色物质外,还有一层黏胶状物质,而且加香处理后的抗菌木薯蚕丝的各项性能指标也略有提高。另外,加香处理后的抗菌木薯蚕丝具有一定的抗菌持久性和芳香持久性,达到国标优质标准要求。水洗12次后,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的耐洗性为95.56%和91.34%,而且还能闻到极弱的香味,表明其具有一定的抗菌性和留香效果。Jasmine essence microcapsule finishing agent was used to perfume the antibacterial cassava silk by the dipping technique.The systematic comparison and test analysis of antibacterial cassava silk before and after fragrance treatment were carried out by means of infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.The research results show that:the surface of the treated antibacterial cassava silk had some changes.In addition to the white substance,there was a layer of viscose substances on the surface,and the performance indexes of the antibacterial cassava silk after the fragrance treatment slightly improved.Besides,the antibacterial cassava silk after the fragrance treatment had certain antibacterial durability and aromatic durability,meeting the quality requirements of national standards.After washing 12 times,the washing resistance to staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli was 95.56%and 91.34%respectively,and very weak fragrance could be smelt.The antibacterial cassava silk after the fragrance treatment had certain antibacterial and fragrance-retaining effects.
