摘  要:为探讨一款新型柔性织物传感器的静态性能,选择三个传感器试样进行定伸长重复循环拉伸实验,以GB/T 18459—2001国家标准为依据,探讨传感器的线性度、灵敏度、重复性误差、迟滞和织物弹性性能。结果表明:该柔性传感器的灵敏度很高,优于普通金属应变传感器;同时该传感器的弹性回复率高达96%以上,塑性变形率在3%左右,弹性性能优良,应用前景广阔;该传感器的缺点是重复性误差较大,在15%以上,迟滞水平参差不齐,介于3%~20%;它的非线性误差在6%左右。In order to study the static performance of a new type of flexible fabric sensor,three sensor samples were selected to carry out the experiment of repeated cyclic tensile at constant elongation.Based on GB/T 18459-2001 national standard,the linearity,sensitivity,repeatability,hysteresis and fabric elasticity of the sensor were explored.The results show that the sensitivity of the flexible sensor is very high,better than that of ordinary metal strain sensor.At the same time,the elastic recovery ratio of the sensor is over 96%,and the plastic deformation ratio is about 3%.The elasticity of the sensor is excellent and its application prospect is broad.The shortcoming of this sensor is that the repeatability error is larger,more than 15%;the hysteresis level is uneven,between 3%and 20%;its nonlinear error is about 6%.
