摘 要:将农业节水潜力估算理论运用我国粮食主产区,在现有的节水灌溉工程措施基础上对粮食主产区内各省份的农业灌溉节水潜力进行估算分析,结果表明:求取的各省节水潜力符合当地实际情况;在提高节灌率后,各省农业灌溉水利用效率均有提升,但粮食主产区内南方各省工程节水潜力强于北方,且节水潜力主要是毛节水量;在发展节水灌溉的同时,应联系各地区实际情况,将工程节水措施与非工程节水措施相结合,从而确保粮食安全,改善地区生态环境。In this paper,the agricultural water-saving potential estimation theory is applied to the main grain-producing areas in China.Based on the existing water-saving irrigation engineering measures,the agricultural water-saving potential of each province in the main grain-producing areas is estimated and analyzed.The results show that the estimated water-saving potential of each province is in line with the local situation.After increasing the irrigation efficiency,the utilization efficiency of agricultural irrigation water in all provinces has been improved,but the engineering water-saving potential of southern provinces in major grain-producing areas is stronger than that of northern provinces,and the water-saving potential is mainly the gross water-saving amount.While developing water-saving irrigation,it is necessary to combine engineering water-saving measures with non-engineering water-saving measures according to the actual situation of each region,so as to ensure food security and improve regional ecological environment.
