摘  要:以丁基苯为模型化合物,在小型固定流化床装置中研究了USY,Beta,ZSM-5分子筛催化剂上丁基苯的催化裂化转化规律。实验结果表明,在剂油质量比为6、反应温度由460℃升高至540℃的条件下,USY分子筛催化剂上丁基苯裂化反应的选择性小于90%;Beta分子筛催化剂上丁基苯裂化反应的选择性小于97%;甲基茚满和异构化产物的选择性相对较低;较高反应温度下(540℃),Beta分子筛催化剂上萘的选择性明显低于USY;ZSM-5分子筛催化剂上主要发生丁基苯的裂化反应,裂化反应的选择性高于95%;裂化产物主要是苯,选择性高于90%。The catalytic cracking of butylbenzene on USY,Beta and ZSM-5 zeolite catalysts was studied in a small fixed fluidized bed using butylbenzene as a model compound.The results show that the selectivity of butylbenzene cracking reaction on USY zeolite catalyst is less than 90%,the selectivity of butylbenzene cracking reaction on Beta zeolite catalyst is less than 97%and the selectivity of methyl indan and isomerization products is relatively low when the mass ratio of catalyst to oil is 6 and the reaction temperature is increased from 460℃to 540℃.The molar selectivity of naphthalene on Beta zeolite catalyst is significantly lower than that of USY at a relatively high temperature of 540℃.The cracking reaction of butylbenzene mainly occurs on the ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst with the molar selectivity of the cracking reaction on the ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst is higher than 95%,and the cracking product is mainly benzene,its selectivity is higher than 90%.
