摘  要:利用浸渍法制备了合成气耐硫变换-甲烷化Mo/TiO2催化剂,采用正交实验考察了温度、水气体积比、氢气含量、一氧化碳含量和压力等因素对耐硫变换-甲烷化反应Mo/TiO2催化剂反应性能的影响,并用极差分析法进行了分析,建立了包括15个动力学模型参数的耐硫变换-甲烷化催化剂动力学方程,探讨了动力学方程的适用性。实验结果表明,温度、水气体积比、氢气含量、一氧化碳含量和压力等因素对不同优化目标的影响不同;在实验考察的条件范围内,所建立的反应动力学方程的计算值与实验值较为一致,可以准确描述一氧化碳、氢气、二氧化碳、甲烷、乙烷等主要组分的反应速率,满足工业反应器的设计需要。The sulfur-tolerant shift and methanation Mo/TiO2 catalyst was prepared by impregnation method.The effects of temperature,water-gas volume ratio,hydrogen content,carbon monoxide content and pressure on the reaction performance of sulfur-tolerant shift and methanation Mo/TiO2 catalyst were investigated by orthogonal experiment.Analysis was carried out by the range analysis method,and the kinetic equation of sulfur-tolerant shift and methanation Mo/TiO2 catalyst including 15 kinetic model parameters was established,and the applicability of the kinetic equation was discussed.The experimental results show that the temperature,water-gas volume ratio,hydrogen content,carbon monoxide content and pressure have different effects on different optimization targets.The calculated and experimental values of the established reaction kinetic equations are consistent within the experimental conditions.The reaction rate of major components such as carbon monoxide,hydrogen,carbon dioxide,methane and ethane can be accurately described to meet the design requirements of industrial reactors.
