摘  要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚己内酯二元醇、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为主要原料,二羟甲基丁酸为亲水扩链剂,制备了水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯乳液(WPUA)预聚体;采用二乙烯基苯(DVB)为新型交联剂与预聚体进行聚合作用,合成交联改性无胺型水性聚氨酯-聚丙烯酸酯(DWPUA)复合乳液;探讨了DVB的加入量,并对DWPUA复合乳液及胶膜进行测试和表征。表征结果显示,合成的DWPUA复合乳液,呈规整的核壳结构,改性后胶膜具有良好的耐热性和拉伸强度。实验结果表明,当DVB含量为0.3%(w)时,胶膜的拉伸强度由16 MPa提高到45 MPa(最大值);改性后的DWPUA胶膜较纯的WPUA胶膜相比,热分解温度提高了。Using isophorone diisocyanate,polycaprolactone diol,methyl methacrylate as the main raw material,dimethylol butyric acid as a hydrophilic chain extender to prepare an aqueous polyurethane-acrylate emulsion(WPUA)prepolymer.Divinylbenzene(DVB)was used as a new crosslinking agent to polymerize with the prepolymer to synthesize a crosslinked modified aminefree waterborne polyurethane-polyacrylate(DWPUA)composite emulsion.The DVB content was discussed and its composite emulsion and film were tested and characterized.The results show that the synthesized DWPUA composite emulsion has a regular core-shell structure,and the modified film has good heat resistance and tensile strength.When the DVB content is 0.3%(w),the tensile strength of the film is increased from 16 MPa to a maximum of 45 MPa.Compared with the pure WPUA film,the modified DWPUA film has an increased thermal decomposition temperature.
