摘  要:布水形式与存水对露点间接蒸发冷却器换热效率有非常重要的影响。采用控制水流量与水压的方法对5组喷淋布水的布水情况及布水均匀性进行试验,每组实验安装3个喷嘴,测量螺旋形、实心锥形、方形、扇形、靶式撞击等5种不同喷嘴的集水量,对比布水的均匀性。对采用软管布水陶瓷管式间接蒸发冷却器的布水情况及间歇性布水时间进行试验。结果表明,露点间接蒸发冷却器的喷淋布水形式采用螺旋形喷嘴效果较好,布水均匀性较高;陶瓷管式间接蒸发冷却器采用软管布水时,间歇性布水时间为喷5min停1h的布水系统能耗较低。It is very important to study the influence of water distribution and retention on heat exchange efficiency of dew point indirect evaporative cooler.Thus,distribution and uniformity of five groups spray water are tested by controlling water flow and water pressure.Three nozzles are installed in each group to measure the volume of the collection water of spiral form,solid cone form,square form,fan form and target crash form,and uniformity of spray water is compared.The water distribution and intermittent water distribution time of the ceramic tube type indirect evaporative cooler that utilize the hose water distribution were tested.The results show that the spiral nozzle has better effect in the spray water form of the dew point indirect evaporative cooler,and the uniformity of water distribution is higher;the ceramic tube type indirect evaporative cooler uses hose to spray water,the energy consumption of the water distribution system is low when the water distribution time is 5 minutes and the rest time of the system is 1 hour.
