摘 要:在三电极体系下,采用循环伏安法测试并对比空白底液、铁胺配合物和染色体系在银电极上的电化学行为,研究还原棕BR的间接电化学还原染色机理。分析pH值对峰电位和峰电流的影响,探讨铁胺配合物中三乙醇胺(TEA)与FeSO 4·7H 2O的摩尔比对染色体系的电导率、还原电位,以及还原棕BR染色后棉织物K/S值的影响。结果表明,还原棕BR不是从阴极上直接获得电子,而是借助铁胺配合物间接得到从阴极释放的电子,进而被还原为可溶性隐色体实现上染。间接电化学还原染色的最佳pH值为11,TEA与FeSO 4·7H 2O的配位数约为11;当n(TEA):n(FeSO 4·7H 2O)=15时,染色体系对染料的还原能力最强,还原棕BR染色后棉织物的K/S值最高。In order to research the mechanism of indirect electrochemical reduction dyeing for vat brown BR,in three-electrode system,the electrochemical behaviors of blank liquid,iron-amine complex and dyeing system on silver electrode were tested by cyclic voltammetry method.The effect of pH towards peak potential and peak current was studied.The effects of molar ratio(TEA/FeSO 4·7H 2O)on conductivity,reduction potential of dyeing system and K/S values of cotton fabrics dyed by vat brown BR were investigated.The results demonstrate that vat brown BR cannot obtain electrons directly from the cathode,but can get electrons released from the cathode by means of iron-amine complexes indirectly,and then reduced to soluble leuco dyes to achieve dyeing for cotton fabric.Moreover,the optimum pH value for indirect electrochemical reduction dyeing is 11,and the coordination number between triethanolamine(TEA)and FeSO 4·7H 2O is about 11.When n(TEA):n(FeSO 4·7H 2O)=15,the dyeing system performed the best reductive ability towards dyes,and the highest K/S value is obtained for cotton fabrics dyed by vat brown BR.
