摘　　要：文章在精神疾病治疗理念从长期住院治疗向短期住院治疗转变的背景下,论述了以收治重症精神病患者为主的封闭病区中设置隔离病房的设计方法。通过对精神病医疗先进国—日本国内122家精神病院的141个急救/急性期病区进行调研,分析了其封闭病区及隔离病房的使用功能、设置特征及各类设施与患者交互的关系。总结了日本精神病院封闭病区及隔离病房设计的经验。Under the background of mental illness treatment concept changing from long-term hospitalization to short-term hospitalization,this paper discusses the design method of the isolation ward in the closed ward,which is mainly treated with severe mental illness.On top of this,through a survey of 141 Emergency Ward/Acute phase Ward areas in 122 psychiatric hospitals in Japan,an advanced country for psychiatric care,the use function,setting characteristics and the relationship between various facilities and patients in the closed ward and isolation ward were analyzed.To summarize the experience of closed ward and isolation ward in japanese psychiatric hospital.
