摘　　要：文章分析了当前医院物流管理模式和存在的问题,阐述了建立一站式服务后勤管理模式的重要性,并从综合物流服务管理平台系统、管理模块等方面探索了建设一站式服务中心的实施方法。The article analyzes the current hospital logistics management mode and existing problems,expounds the importance of establishing a one-stop service logistics management mode,and explores the implementation method of constructing a one-stop service center from the aspects of integrated logistics service management platform system and management module.
