摘　　要：多家大型跨国银行因共谋操纵汇率被处以罚款逾百亿美元,三名涉案“卡特尔”聊天室成员却于2018年10月26日于美国纽约南区法庭获判无罪。该文对本案发生背景进行了详尽介绍,通过庭审记录分析为读者推演无罪决议形成过程,并对本案的反思与启示进行了阐述,呼吁各方吸取国际惨痛经验教训,共同维护中国外汇市场的自律规范。A number of major multi-national banks were fined billions of dollars for forex manipulation conspiracy,yet the three members of“Cartel”chat room were acquitted by the Court of Southern District of New York on October 26,2018.This article gives a detailed introduction to the background of the case,and deduces how the acquittal resolution was made through the analysis of court records,and discusses the enlightenments of the case.It calls on all parties to learn from the painful lessons and jointly safeguard the self-disciplinary codes in China’s FX market.
