摘  要:为了筛选出防治蓝莓采后灰霉病菌的高效、低毒药剂,为生产中蓝莓灰霉病的防治提供更多的解决方案。在室内离体条件下采用菌丝生长速率抑制法建立毒力回归方程,根据回归方程得到这6种杀菌剂有效抑制中浓度(EC50)。供试6种杀菌剂对蓝莓采后灰霉病菌的毒力由大至小依次为62%嘧菌环胺·咯菌腈WG、50%嘧菌环胺WG、38%吡唑醚菌酯·啶酰菌胺WG、400 g/L嘧霉胺SC、250 g/L吡唑醚菌酯EC和250 g/L嘧菌酯SC,它们的EC 50值分别为0.9056 mg/L、1.1760 mg/L、1.3123 mg/L、3.2539 mg/L、7.8960 mg/L和15.2423 mg/L。其中62%嘧菌环胺·咯菌腈WG、50%嘧菌环胺WG、38%吡唑醚菌酯·啶酰菌胺WG对蓝莓采后灰霉菌室内抑制作用较好,可以进一步在田间进行药效试验。250 g/L嘧菌酯SC的抑菌作用较差,不建议在蓝莓采后灰霉病的防治中使用。In order to screen the high efficiency and low toxicity fungicides for the control of blueberry post-harvest gray mold disease and provide more methords for the disease in the production.The toxicity regression equation was established by using the inhibition method of mycelium growth rate in vitro,and the EC 50 values of these 6 fungicides were obtained by the regression equations.The toxicity of these six fungicides on the the gray mold strains from big to small were 62%Cyprodinil·Fludioxonil(WG)、50%Cyprodinil(WG)、38%Pyraclostrobin·Boscalid(WG)、400 g/L Pyrimethanil(SC)、250 g/L Pyraclostrobin(EC)and 250 g/L Azoxystrobin(SC),there values of EC50 were 0.9056 mg/L、1.1760 mg/L、1.3123 mg/L、3.2539 mg/L、7.8960 mg/L and 15.2423 mg/L respcetively.The inhibitory effect of 62%Cyprodinil·Fludioxonil(WG)、50%Cyprodinil(WG)and 38%Pyraclostrobin·Boscalid(WG)were better than others,they can be further in the field trials,while the inhibitory effect of 250 g/L Azoxystrobin(SC)was non-ideal and shoud not be recommended for the control of blueberry post-harvest gray mold disease.
