摘　　要：为保证原料配矿作业中投矿量的精确称重计量,中原黄金冶炼厂对原料配矿仓桥式起重机称重控制系统进行了改造。介绍了桥式起重机称重控制系统的改造技术方案:采用西门子PLC、称重模块和触摸屏组合代替传统的称重仪表,并且和电气控制系统相互独立,进行软件编程数据处理,将模拟量信号转化为质量信号。改造后,起重机称重控制系统符合国家3级秤的相关标准和要求,满足生产要求,简化了系统的结构,应用效果良好。In order to guarantee accurate weight of input ores during the raw materials blending operation,Zhongyuan Gold Smelter renovated the bridge crane weight control system for raw material cabin.The paper introduced the renovation plan of the bridge crane weight control system:the combination of Siemens PLC,weighing module and touch screen independent from electrical control system was used to replace traditional weighing instrument and do software programming and data processing,transforming the simulation signals to quality signals.After renovation,the bridge crane weight measuring system meets the standards and requirements of National Class 3 Scale,and the requirement of production,and simplifies the system structure.The application outcome is good.
