摘　　要：目的了解北京市预防接种门诊的现状及开展成人预防接种的意愿,为科学、规范建设成人疫苗接种门诊提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,选择7个区的所有预防接种门诊负责人(私立、外籍门诊除外)进行问卷调查。结果188家预防接种门诊儿童接种每周平均2.87个门诊日,预防接种人员配置与服务人口之比为1.25/万。儿童、成人疫苗均接种的门诊共180家(95.74%),其中102家(56.67%)门诊成人与儿童接种日相同,166家(92.22%)与儿童共用接种室,166家门诊平均每门诊日接种成人疫苗针次<50。102名(54.26%)预防接种门诊负责人认为现有工作人员不能承担成人接种服务,148名(78.72%)认为将成人疫苗接种设置在全科较合理。单位领导不支持可显著降低门诊开展成人疫苗接种的愿意(OR=0.07,95%CI:0.01-0.53)。结论 北京市大部分预防接种门诊开展成人疫苗接种服务,但开展意愿不高,成人疫苗接种信息化服务暂不到位。加强政策支持有助于推动成人预防接种的开展。Objective To understand the current status of vaccination clinics and the intention of vaccination service for adults,and to provide the basis for standardizing adult vaccination construction in Beijing.Methods Using stratified cluster sampling technique,we selected 7 of 16 districts,and involved all directors of vaccination clinics in these districts(except private clinics and clinics for foreigners)to complete the questionnaire.Results 188 vaccination clinics were investigated.Average 2.87 days of vaccination service were provided for children per week.The ratio of vaccination staffing to target population was 1.25∶10000.There were 180(95.74%)clinics that provide vaccination service for adults and children.Vaccination service time for children was same as that for adults in 102 clinics(56.67%).Children and adults shared vaccination room in 166 clinics(92.22%).166 vaccination clinics provided vaccination service for less than 50 adults per work day.Directors of 102 clinics(54.26%)didn’t consider that it could be viable to provide vaccination service for adults with existing staff.They believed that adult vaccination service should be provided by general practitioners.Support lacking from leaders can significantly reduce intention of vaccination service for adults(OR=0.07,95%CI:0.01-0.53).Conclusions Most of vaccination clinics provided vaccination service for adults in Beijing,but the level of service intention was low.Information service for adult in vaccination was insufficient.Strengthening policy support will promote the development of adult vaccination.
