摘 要:目的了解北京市东城区2015-2017年非流行季节健康人群脑膜炎奈瑟氏球菌(neisseria meningitidis,Nm)带菌率,为防控流脑提供依据。方法采取分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取居住在东城区6个月以上的>1岁的9个年龄组健康人群783名,采集咽拭子、进行Nm培养、分离、鉴定菌群;用χ^2检验分析比较不同人群Nm带菌率情况。结果三年健康人群流脑带菌率为0.75%~2.78%,年均1.79%;5~9岁组带菌率最高(4.76%);不同户籍人口带菌率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);有效检出10株Nm(B群和W135群各1株,不可分群8株)。结论东城区健康人群Nm带菌率低,以不可分群为主,有必要适时开展A+C+Y+W135群多价联合疫苗接种。Objective To understand the condition of neisseria meningitidis(Nm)in healthy people in Dongcheng district,and provide reference for disease control.Methods 783 healthy people living in Dongcheng district for more than 6 months were selected by stratified sampling method in nine age groups.The specimens of throat swabs were collected from enrolled subjects.The Nm strains were isolated and identified.χ^2 test was used to compare the Nm carrier rate among different populations.Results The Nm carrier rate of healthy people was 0.75%-2.78%in three years,and the annual average rate was 1.79%.The carrier rate of 5-9 years old group was highest.There was a significant difference in the carrier rate between population with different census register types(P<0.001).10 Nm strains were isolated(1 serogroup B,1 serogroup W135 bacterium,8 non-swarming).Conclusions The Nm carrier rate was lower in Dongcheng district,Beijing,and the dominant strain was non-swarming.It is necessary to conduct multivalent combined vaccination of group A+C+Y+W135 in time.
