摘 要:为评估验证我国第一座新建深水半潜式生产储油平台的整体结构强度,基于SESAM软件,依据三维绕射理论计算波浪诱导载荷与运动,采用谱分析法确定设计波参数,获得整体结构的应力计算结果和屈曲强度结果。计算结果表明:平台整体结构强度(屈服强度、屈曲强度)满足ABS船级社要求,并得到若干有益结论,可为今后半潜式生产平台的结构设计提供参考。In order to evaluate the global strength of a new Chinese deepwater semi-submersible production storage platform,wave-induced loads and vessel motion are calculated by means of three-dimensional diffraction method based on SESAM software.The parameters of the design wave are obtained by spectrum analysis method.After global structural model is built,11 wave loads are applied to the global structural model.The stress and its distribution trend are obtained by finite element analysis.The results demonstrate that the semi-submersible hull structure has adequate strength(yield strength and buckling strength)and stability,which can meet the requirement of ABS.Several conclusions are obtained,which can provide reference for the structural design of the semi-submersible production platform in the future.
