摘  要:叙述了甲基苯基环硅氧烷的原料甲基苯基二氯硅烷和甲基苯基烷氧基硅烷的制备方法,并分析比较了各个工艺的优缺点,介绍了甲基苯基环硅氧烷的制备方法及各个环体及其异构体的分离方法,叙述了甲基苯基环硅氧烷的应用领域。认为近年来,高纯度甲基苯基环硅氧烷的制备工艺引起产业界和学术界的关注,新的催化剂、催化反应体系及分离提纯工艺不断被开发出来,甲基苯基环硅氧烷的质量逐渐得到改善,部分甲基苯基混合环硅氧烷质量达到聚合级。未来甲基苯基环硅氧烷的分离尤其是异构体分离方面可能取得突破,在此基础上有望发展出新型的梯形分子、梯形高分子及新型的液晶材料,进一步拓展甲基苯基环硅氧烷的应用领域。The preparation methods of methylphenyldichlorosilane and methylphenylalkoxysilane as raw materials for methylphenylcyclosiloxane were reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of each process were analyzed and compared.The preparation method of methylphenylcyclosiloxane was introduced,together with the separation methods of each kind of cyclosiloxanes and their isomers.The application field of methylphenylcyclosilanes was also briefly described.Recent years,new catalysis systems and new separation methods were developed in high purity methylphenyleyelosiloxane preparation process.Methylphenylcyclosilanes,especially isomer separation engineering makes new molecular materials application hopeful.
