摘  要:叙述了含氯有机化合物催化加氢脱氯的方法、负载型的金属催化剂失活原因、失活催化剂再生方法等,评述了Pd/AC催化剂失活原因和催化剂的再生方法。认为现有的主要催化剂再生的方法都存在一定的弊端,寻找一种高效、低成本再生方法具有重要的现实意义。催化剂失活机理的研究是催化剂再生的关键,进而应摸索出一种高效、可靠的再生工艺。The methods of hydrodechlorination for organchlorine,were reviewed and the reasons of deactivation of supported metallic catalysts were summarized in this paper.As one of the most important catalyst in hydrodechlorination,Pd/AC was studied amply in the reason of deactivation and ways to regenerate.We kept the point that the main methods for catalysts regeneration have some kinds of disadvantages.So it is necessary to find a new way to regenerate effectively and cheap.The key to catalysts regeneration is to study deactivation mechanism,then we will find an effectively and reliable process in regeneration.
