摘 要:针对汽车内饰越来越多的采用塑料制品,而消费者对车内空气质量的关注也日益提高的趋势,探讨了利用本体法生产低气味、低VOC含量的ABS树脂的工艺参数改进,并定性定量分析了造成ABS树脂气味来源的化学物质。结果表明,使用质量分数0.13×10^-3的链转移剂,在控制挤出模头温度在248~249℃、脱挥系统真空度25 Pa、平板换热器温度245℃的条件下,可以保证生产过程的温度和连续,同时生产出不影响ABS树脂力学性能的低气味ABS。ABS树脂气味来源的化学物质中,辛硫醇的贡献度最高。通过工艺改进生产的ABS树脂与市场其他ABS相比,气味及VOC含量有明显优势。As more and more plastics materials are being used in automotive interior parts,consumers are more focused on the environment of automotive interior space.In regarding to this trend,this article talks about process optimization of mass ABS method and analyzes the chemicals that causing odor of ABS resin.The results shows that the optimized parameters are:chain transfer agent:0.13×10^-3,die temperature setting:248℃,devo vacuum:25 Pa,devo temperature 245℃.By using this parameter,ABS with both good mechanical property and low odor can be manufactured.The result also shows that octanethiol is the largest cause factor of ABS odor.Finally,comparing with other ABS resin on market,ABS produced by this optimized process setting shows significant advantage on odor and VOC level.
