氢氟酸预反应器螺旋轴套制作工艺的改进

摘　　要：为解决无水氢氟酸生产中,预反应器螺旋主轴的轴套易受高温硫酸冲刷等因素影响而使用寿命短的问题,改进了焊接工艺和焊后热处理方法,并进一步在螺旋轴套外表面缠绕烧结聚四氟乙烯。实际应用于生产后,螺旋轴套使用寿命从最短1个多月延长至6个多月,为氢氟酸装置的稳产高产发挥了重要作用。每年可为企业节支30余万元。We have improved welding process and heat treatment method after welding for sake of short operating life of main shaft pipe in the AHF Pre-Reactor.Moreover,PTFE was sintered and enwound the surface of the screw sleeve pipe.This technology prolonged the screw sleeve pipe using time from a month to 6 months and played an important role in product AHF steadily and efficiently.We can save 300 000 yuan per year with this technique.
