摘　　要：目的评价糖尿病病人流感免疫预防健康教育干预的效果,并分析其影响因素。方法于2017年9~12月在南京市6个区的19家社区卫生服务中心,选取参加精细化管理的3521例糖尿病病人,进行流感疫苗免疫预防健康教育干预,比较干预前后接种率的变化,分析影响接种率的相关因素。结果干预后,病人流感疫苗接种率为8.58%,与干预前(1.87%)相比,接种率显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);采用门诊告知模式的病人接种率(11.7%)显著高于接受电话(4.5%)及随访(5.2%)的病人;有其他合并症的糖尿病病人(17.2%)接种率显著高于无合并症(7.5%)和合并高血压的糖尿病病人(8.7%)。影响接种率的主要原因是病人认为平时身体挺好(79.7%)或者流感很少(29.5%)。结论健康教育干预可以显著提高糖尿病病人的流感疫苗接种率。Objective To analyze the effect of the health education interventions on influenza vaccinations among diabetic patients,and to investigate the influencing factors.Methods The health education interventions were conducted in 3521 intense-management T2DM patients in 6 districts of Nanjing,from September to December of 2017.The flu vaccination rate before and after the intervention was compared,and the influencing factors of the flu vaccination rate was analyzed.Results The flu vaccination rate increased to 8.58%from 1.87%before intervention.The patients receiving clinical intervention achieved higher flu vaccination rate than those receiving telephone or following intervention.The patients complicated with other complications achieved higher flu vaccination rate than those with no-complications or complicated with hypertension.The primary influencing factor of poor flu vaccination rate was that most of the patients thought they were healthy.Conclusions The health interventions can significantly increase the flu vaccination rate.
