摘  要:目的探讨主动呼吸循环技术功能锻炼对肺心病病人肺功能及运动耐量的影响,为肺心病病人进一步的康复治疗提供依据。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月在我院进行治疗的老年肺心病病人168例,运用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组84例。2组均接受常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上定时进行主动呼吸循环训练;比较2组训练前和训练1个月后6 min步行距离(6MWD)、步行前后血氧饱和度(SpO2)及肺功能指标的变化。结果训练后,2组病人6MWD、肺功能均较入院时增加,且观察组较对照组增加明显(P<0.05)。训练后,观察组6MWD试验前、后SpO2均较训练前升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组6MWD试验前SpO 2较训练前升高(P<0.01),6MWD试验后SpO 2与训练前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论主动呼吸循环技术功能锻炼可以有效改善肺心病病人的肺功能及运动耐量,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To explore the effect of active breathing cycle functional exercise on pulmonary function and exercise tolerance in the patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods A total of 168 elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to randomized number,with 84 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment.On the basis of the routine treatment,the patients in observation group were given active breathing cycle training.The changes of 6-minute walking distance,blood oxygen saturation and lung function indexes of the two groups were compared before and after training.Results The 6-minute walking distance and the lung function of the two groups were significantly increased compared with before training,especially in the observation group(P<0.05).The levels of pulse oxygen saturation(SpO2)before and after 6-minute walking distance test in the observation group were significantly higher than those before training(P<0.01).And the levels of SpO2 before 6-minute walking distance test in the control group were significantly higher than those before training(P<0.01).There was no statistical difference of SpO2 after 6-minute walking distance test in the control group before and after training(P>0.05).Conclusions Application of active breathing cycle technical function exercise on the patients with pulmonary heart disease can effectively improve the lung function and exercise tolerance,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
