摘　　要：开放性骨盆骨折的发病率较低,但其病死率高、合并伤多,救治难度大。随着医疗技术的进步,救治流程也在不断完善。本文从开放性骨盆骨折损伤的特点出发,总结其研究现状,介绍了一种以损伤区域划分与病死率及重要合并伤相关的新型诊治思路,同时提出了全新的救治流程,有助于提高开放性骨盆骨折救治的成功率。The incidence of open pelvic fractures is low,but its mortality is high,combined injuries are common,and its treatment is difficult.With the progress of medical technology,treatment process is also improving.Based on characteristics of open pelvic fracture injuries,this paper summarizes current research situation,introduces a new diagnosis and treatment idea based on injury area division,fatality rate and important combined injuries,and puts forward a new treatment process,which is helpful to improve success rate of open pelvic fracture treatment.
