摘 要:随着由近海防御向近海防御与远海防卫型的战略转变,远海战备训练已成常态。潜艇作为远海作战力量的重要组成部分,处在远海作战的前沿,因此,提高远海通信保障能力已成为远海作战领域研究的热点问题之一。论文以提高潜艇整体通信保障能力为目标,针对当前对潜通信系统的组成和分类,基于对潜艇的作战需求分析,结合潜艇作战的特殊性,以业务性能指标和战术性能指标为基础构建了对潜通信装备指标体系模型。为评估对潜通信系统的整体通信保障能力提供参考,以提高整体远海作战效能。With the transition from offshore defense to offshore defense and offshore defense strategy,offshore combat readiness training has become normal.As an important component of the far sea combat power,the submarine has been put at the forefront of the far sea operations.Therefore,improving the capability of remote communication support which has become one of the hot topics in the field of offshore operations.In this paper,aiming at improving the overall communication support capability of submarines,according to the composition and classification of current submarine communication system,the operational requirements of submarines is analyzed,and the particularity of submarine operations is considered,the index system model of submarine communication equipment is constructed on the basis of operational and tactical performance indicators.The above research provides a reference for evaluating the overall communication support capability of the submarine communication system to improve the overall ocean combat effectiveness.
