锁定接骨板外置与微创置入治疗胫骨近端粉碎性骨折的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较锁定接骨板外置与微创置入治疗胫骨近端粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法选取本院2010年6月至2018年6月收治的56例胫骨近端粉碎性骨折患者,按手术方式分为锁定钢板外置治疗组(外置组,n=30)和微创置入治疗组(内置组,n=26),比较2组患者的手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、切口浅表感染发生率和术后膝关节功能差异。结果外置组手术时间、住院时间和骨折愈合时间短于内置组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组浅表切口感染发生率和术后膝关节功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与微创置入相比,锁定接骨板外置治疗胫骨近端粉碎性骨折可缩短手术及住院时间,利于创面及骨折愈合。Objective To compare the surgical efficacy of locking plate external fixation and minimally invasive internal fixation in the treatment of comminuted proximal tibia fractures.Methods From June 2010 to June 2018,a total of 56 patients with proximal comminuted fractures of tibia were enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into the external fixation group(external group,n=30)and the minimally invasive internal fixation group(internal group,n=26).The operation time,hospitalization time,fracture healing time,incidence of superficial infection of the incision and postoperative knee joint function were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,hospitalization time,and fracture healing time of the external group were significant shorter than those in the internal group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of infection and postoperative knee function scores,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with minimally invasive internal fixation,locking plate external fixation for the treatment of comminuted proximal tibia fractures can shorten the time of operation and hospitalization and facilitate the wound surface and fracture healing.
