摘  要:利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO2溶胶,接着用硅烷偶联剂KH-570对其进行表面改性,降低纳米TiO2的团聚效应,制备出可与丙烯酸酯单体聚合的改性纳米TiO2溶胶。然后以过硫酸钾为引发剂,在一定温度下,采用核壳乳液聚合法,制备出改性纳米TiO2/丙烯酸酯复合乳液。研究了盐酸、硅烷偶联剂的用量对纳米TiO2溶胶粒径的影响,以及乳化剂、引发剂与改性纳米TiO2溶胶用量对复合乳液粒径及凝胶率的影响。采用红外光谱、X射线衍射仪、透射式电子显微镜等测试手段对制备的复合乳液进行表征。结果表明:通过该方法成功制备出纳米TiO2/丙烯酸酯复合乳液,且当引发剂、乳化剂和改性TiO2溶胶的用量分别占单体总质量的0.5%、4%、1.5%时乳液性能最好。The nano-TiO2sol was prepared by sol-gel method,and then surface modified by silane coupling agent KH-570 to reduce the agglomeration effect of nano-TiO2.The modified nano-TIO2 sol which can be polymerized with acrylate monomer was prepared.Then modified nano-TiO2/acrylate composite emulsion was prepared with core-shell emulsion polymerization using potassium persulfate as the initiator at certain temperature.The effects of the dosage of hydrochloric acid and silane coupling agent on the particle size of nano-TiO2 sol were studied.The effects of dosage of emulsifier,initiator and modified nano-TiO2 solvent on the particle size and gel fraction of the composite emulsion were also studied.The prepared composite emulsion was characterized by FTIR spectrometer,X-ray diffractometer and transmission electron microscope.The results showed that the nano-TiO2/acrylate composite emulsion was successfully prepared by this method.When the dosage of initiator,emulsifier and modified TiO2 sol accounted for 0.5%,4%and 1.5%of the total mass of the monomer respectively,the emulsion had the best performance.
