灵龟八法开穴为主针灸治疗老年性心肾不交型失眠的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析以灵龟八法开穴为主针灸疗法治疗老年性心肾不交型失眠患者的临床疗效。方法2013年12月至2017年6月,于本院收治的老年性心肾不交型失眠患者中选取96例,随机分为两组,对照组采用以常规取穴法行针灸治疗,观察组采用以灵龟八法开穴为主针灸疗法进行治疗,对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后PSQI(匹兹堡睡眠质量指数)。结果与对照组对比,观察组治疗后PSQI评分更低(P<0.05);与对照组(70.83%)对比,观察组(95.83%)临床治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05)。结论老年性心肾不交型失眠采用以灵龟八法开穴为主针灸疗法治疗的临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者的睡眠状况,值得广泛推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment with senile heart and kidney insomnia.Methods From December 2013 to June 2017,96 patients with senile cardio-renal insomnia admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received acupuncture treatment with conventional acupoints.The group was treated with acupuncture treatment with the eight methods of Linggui.The clinical efficacy,PSQI(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index)before and after treatment were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the PSQI score was lower in the observation group after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(70.83%),the observation group(95.83%)had higher total effective rate of clinical treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The senile cardio-renal insomnia is treated with the acupuncture treatment of the tortoise and the eight methods.It has a significant clinical effect and can effectively improve the sleep status of patients.It is worthy of widespread promotion.
